In our eyes the definition of a great mentor, Steve Sapsford of Elite and Jarzac Group based out of NSW, Australia speaks to us about how he observed a focussed mindset and mentality in his early days in direct sales.
It's so clear from this conversation that Steve gets a lot of satisfaction and reward from supporting others in their journeys, reflecting on what he looked for in a mentor himself and how that has shaped his consulting role today. A firm believer in the rule of reciprocity we hear about how he really values integrity and treating people how you would want to be treated as what comes around goes around. Not only that but you can't just succeed by yourself you need a fantastic support team around you to make the magic happen.
