Entering into direct sales fuelled by his motivation to fund his music career, Callum Wallace of Atlas Promotions in Edinburgh tells us about his 'Sliding Doors' moment which led him to running his own company for the past 10 years.

Describing how his main challenge was coaching sales people due to an aversion to having critical conversations, we learn what he changed to be able to improve that skill.
